Earlier this week I was watching an episode of Seinfeld in which George was eating eggs, bacon, french fries and bacon with a cup of coffee at what was supposed to be 1:30 in the afternoon.
Lately, the more I learn about ways to get my nutrients in, my high protein, fiber, iron breakfast has been an an egg, and two whites scrambled up with a huge amount of baby spinach and 1/3 of a cup of red beans. It's not terribly weird (and it's actually really pretty to look at) but beans for breakfast seems so wrong.
mmmm beans for breakfast! I think it sounds like something to try! I love that in Asia, they don't differentiate certain foods for certain meals. If they had soup for dinner and are left with extra, it's soup for breakfast!
